Hypnosis and how it helps
Everyone drifts in and out of Hypnosis many times a day without realising
they are doing it. It is such a natural state. When you go to sleep, for
instance, you never remember passing from being awake to being asleep,
going into a state of hypnosis on the way.
Hypnotherapy is making use of hypnosis by a therapist to help a client
to rapidly overcome problems or to assist the client to gain control over
a situation with which they have requested assistance. It is used to help
people have control over themselves. Elizabeth does not take control-it
would be wrong if she did, but she can make YOU in control of yourself.
Weight-loss is another treatment that takes just one hour but unlike smoking
it is necessary for the client to continue to use a cassette or CD for
a longer period, to assist in the mind reprogramming to adjust the consumption
of food and drink to an agreed level with which the client would be comfortable.
Individuals need individual treatment and the session is recorded for
home-listening. The more that the recording is listened to, the more habits
will change - and the recording will remain the client's friend for as
long and as often it is felt to be needed.
