Elizabeth has been a practising Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist since 1981 and has studied under the most highly regarded Associations, continuing to add to her learning whenever the opportunity to expand her knowledge in specialist areas for the benefit of her clients becomes available. Her work has provoked interest that has made her the subject of T.V. and radio Programmes and in a wide selection of magazines and newspapers.

Her interest in Hypnotherapy originated when her own severe phobia of birds or feathers was cleared under hypnosis. She not only treats her clients but makes good use of her talents for her own purposes. When undergoing major surgery from which others took many weeks, even months to recover, for instance, Elizabeth used her own cassettes whilst under anaesthetic to help both herself and her surgeon throughout the operation. Hypnosis removed her blood from the area of operation during surgery and returned it upon completion to help cleanse and re-generate the area. As a consequence she was able to walk around the next day and was back at work in less than four weeks. Since then she has helped to ease many others through their operations, leading to their quick and comfortable recovery.

Over the years, Elizabeth has gained many diplomas and certificates in both Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
